Relationships Really Matter

A note to young leaders. Relationships really matter.
Of the millions of decisions we make in a lifetime, only about 50 or so are of any consequence.
And in the pantheon of big decisions, only two take pride of place.

The most important decision by far is your choice of life partner, and more particularly, who you choose to have children with.

And the second most important decision is who you choose to work with / go into business with.
Get these two decisions right and much prosperity and happiness will follow. Get them wrong and strife and misery will be your constant companions.
The quality of your life – your health, wealth and happiness – will be largely determined by the people you choose to surround yourself with on a daily basis.
