Be Bold: Lead by Standing Apart

Please don’t be timid.

A leader is not a leader unless they are bold.

Don’t squander the power you’ve been given by conforming to the lazy fashions of the day.

Don’t shrink, don’t hide, don’t blend. Be a light on a hill.

Stand up for what you believe in.

Hold at least some views that buck convention. Experiment. Make a difference.

Why else have you been called to lead? You exist to make a difference.

And how else can you make a difference unless you, yourself, are prepared to be different?
