Embrace the Future Over Past Achievements
A note to young leaders.
A friend recently told me: “You must be very proud of what EG has built.”
I replied: “Thanks, I appreciate that – but honestly, I’m less proud than I am excited about the opportunity of what we can build from here.”
The future is more interesting than the past. “The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep, And miles to go before I sleep.”
Keep riding.
