There’s a world of difference between mistakes and crises.

Mistakes are muscle-building and often lead to better systems and processes. Mistakes are proof that you are experimenting and trying to improve.

Crises are muscle-destroying and should be avoided. Crises are the product of leadership vices – most commonly: complacency, pride, envy or greed.
