Why Meetings Should Never Be Boring: Making Decisions That Matter

Note to self.

Meetings should never be boring.

Meetings are the place where major decisions are debated and decided.

If a meeting is boring, then:
1. the decisions are not major enough; or
2. they are not major to me; or
3. they are not being properly debated; or
4. they are not being properly decided.

Boredom is merely the symptom. Don’t treat the symptom, treat the disease.
