The Power of Self-Belief in Leadership
Self-belief.
We see it in champions, it sets them apart. Some call it guts, some call it pride. It’s the will to compete and to never say die.
Michael Jordan had it in spades. When asked whether he ever worried about missing a game-winning shot, he replied defiantly: “Why would I think about missing a shot I haven’t taken?”
And again from Jordan: “I never lost a game. I just ran out of time.” His self-belief was irrepressible.
Self-belief is a thing of beauty.
Don’t start a business without it.
