A note to young leaders.

Be unreasonably happy.

To be unreasonably happy is not as crazy as it sounds. Far from it – it’s your birthright.

Say to yourself:

“I’m born happy. I didn’t create the universe and I’m not responsible for fixing all its problems.

I’m a candle among countless other candles. I do enough to burn bright and to allow others to borrow from my flame.

No matter what anyone or anything does to snuff out my happiness, they can never bring me down. Mine is an eternal, unquenchable flame that cannot be doused by circumstance.”

We all have a divine, immortal spark – a sparkle in the eye.

No one can take that away from you. You have to give it away.

Don’t give it away. Not ever. Never.
