
Ask the Right Questions to Ensure Success
To young professionals.
When I’m interviewing a candidate, I’m always hoping they’ll ask me this killer question.
“What are the 3-4 outcomes I need to deliver in the first 12 months for you to consider my recruitment a great success?”
This question tells me three things about you. You’re confident, you’re ambitious and you’re not afraid of being held accountable.
If your interviewer can’t give you a clear answer to this question, don’t accept the role.
You can’t kick goals if there are no goal posts.
