Authenticity Is the Only Way Home

A note to young leaders.

Despite all appearances to the contrary, no one has it all together.

Not even those who insist they do. In fact, especially not them.

That’s not to say that we’re all somehow equal. It’s merely to say that we’re all on the path. We’re all trying to find our way home.

Home is authenticity. Home is compassion. Home is inner peace.
