Self Doubt Shrinks When You Act
A note to young leaders.
A young author once told Mark Twain that he was losing confidence in his ability to write. “Have you ever had that feeling yourself?”
“Yes, of course”, Mark Twain replied enthusiastically. “Once, after I had been writing for fifteen years, it suddenly struck me that I was entirely without talent.”
“Oh dear, what did you do then? Did you give up writing?”
“How could I? By then I had become a world-famous author.”
