The Delivery Makes All the Difference
A note to young leaders.
A man began giving his Doberman large doses of cod-liver oil after learning it could help it with its arthritis.
Each day, he would hold the head of the protesting dog between his knees, pry its jaws open, and pour the oil down its throat.
One day, the dog broke loose and spilled the oil on the floor. Then, to the man’s great surprise, it returned and began licking the spoon.
That’s when he realised that what his dog was fighting was not the oil but his method of administering it.

It’s not the message, silly … it’s the delivery.
Even the best ideas will be rejected if they’re forced down people’s throats.
