Training. Are you doing enough of it?
Probably not. Most companies today massively under-invest in training. It’s considered mundane and time-consuming.

If you train 20 people for 4-hours and spend 20-hours preparing the material, that’s a total of 24-hours of the trainer’s time and 80-hours of trainees’ time. A total of 104-hours.
